Metal Enclosures - Rigid metal noise control enclosures incorporate an 18 GA solid exterior skin with an 18 GA interior perforated skin, and a 4 lb/cu. ft.density acoustic fill core.   With and STC of up to 41, metal enclosures are designed to both contain and absorb noise, and to act as a barrier between noisy and quiet areas.  Options include: clearview windows used to view machinery in operation, roof systems, vents, louvers, access panels, single/double seal doors, custom cut-outs to accommodate existing gauges, hoses, valves, conduit, etc. Outdoor and high-temp models also available.

Acoustical Louvers - When heat buildup is a concern, acoustical louvers can be incorporated into an enclosure.  This allows for entry and exhaust of cooling air, yet maintains the enclosures acoustical integrity.

Silencers - Most suited for blowers, blast furnaces, and industrial HVAC, our silencers attenuate noise as air goes through them.  Depending on the CFM rating and the level of noise reduction desired, silencers range from 1 foot to 16 feet long.

Wall Mounted Noise Absorbers - The perfect solution for ambient and reverberant noise issues.  Panels come in two styles - commercial grade and industrial grade.  For even more application options, these panels may also be hung horizontally on ceilings or back to back as baffles.
